Terms of purchase

Here you can read how a page on voljeni.com is bought: what you get, what it costs, how you pay and what happens if you change your mind. By sending an order you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them.

What you buy

A page of memories, or a page for a recent loss with the funeral details, on voljeni.com, dedicated to a person you have lost. With the page you get the family access, with which you edit the page and choose what can be seen on it, and a link you send to family and friends. What the page has is described on the home page and on the page about memories.

The page is a digital service. Nothing is sent by post, and how and when you get it is described in Delivery.

Price

A page costs $29, in US dollars, whatever country you live in. The price is final and paid once. There is no subscription and no extra cost, and the page stays for good.

The price that applies is the one shown on the site at the moment you send the order.

Additions to the page can be taken whenever you like, in the family access, under Additions: a larger album, 150 more photos, for $8, and We do it for you, when we add the photos and the story instead of you, for $15. An addition is also paid once, and it is switched on as soon as the payment goes through. The book of memories as a PDF costs $9, once: after buying it you make the book yourself, in one of five designs, and after changes you can make it again up to 3 more times, free of charge. The PDF is made for printing, so you can print it at home or at a print shop near you. The QR code for the headstone is free: you download it in the family section and have the plaque made by an engraver near you. We do not send anything by post.

How you pay

  • By card or PayPal. You pay in US dollars, $29, in the secure PayPal frame. You do not need a PayPal account, a card is enough. You pay straight away, in the order form, and as soon as the payment goes through, the page opens and you are logged in. More is in Secure card payment.

Currency conversion

The price is in US dollars and your card is charged in US dollars. If your card or PayPal account is in another currency, for example in Canadian dollars, pounds or euros, the amount is converted by the bank that issued your card, or by PayPal, at its own rate. We do not know that rate at the moment of payment, so the amount on your statement may differ slightly from the price on the site.

How the purchase is made

You send the order through the form on the site. Before sending it, you confirm that you accept these terms, the terms of delivery and refunds, and the privacy policy. The page is then made for free: you edit it and see how it looks, and until you pay, only you can see it. You pay in your account, when you want to send the page to your family. The purchase is made when PayPal confirms the payment. Until you pay, you owe nothing, and the page is not deleted.

If you change your mind

Within 14 days of paying you can withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason, and we return the whole amount. This applies even if you have already started editing the page. The same applies to additions, except We do it for you: there you pay for our work, so the refund applies until the page is done, and once we have done it, there is no refund. The book of memories as a PDF is digital content: the refund applies until you make the book, and once it is made and ready to download, there is no refund. The sample copy does not count. Complaints and disputes

If something is not as it should be, write to us at kontakt@voljeni.com or call +381 61 138 7218. We answer a complaint within eight days at the latest. If we cannot settle it together, you can open a dispute with PayPal, through its own dispute process, contact the consumer protection office of your state or country, or turn to a court. Applicable law

The purchase is governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, where the seller is based. As a consumer you keep the protection that the mandatory consumer laws of the state or country where you live give you.
