What Voljeni is
Voljeni is a memorial page for a person the family has lost: the details of the funeral and the resting place, photos, the life story, memories, candles and farewell messages. People reach the page through a link, or through a QR code on a death notice or a headstone.
Who opens a page
A page is opened by us, when the family orders it on voljeni.com, or, in Serbia and the region, by a funeral home, with the consent of the family. The family gets its own access, and from then on it decides what can be seen on the page, who can see it and whether it shows up on Google. The family is responsible for what it puts on the page.
Rules for visitors
The page is for condolences and memories. Insults, advertising, other people's personal details or anything that hurts the family or other visitors are not allowed. The family can remove any message, photo or memory, and so can we when someone tells us about it.
Photos and texts
Whoever sends a photo or a text confirms that they have the right to share it, and allows it to be shown on that page. What visitors send can be seen at once, unless the family has switched on approval, and the family can remove any photo, message or memory.
Duration and price
A page is paid once and stays for good. When you buy it directly on voljeni.com, the price, payment and refunds are described in the terms of purchase. When you get it through a funeral home, you agree the price with them. Visitors pay nothing for candles, messages and photos.
Flowers and wreaths
On a page opened through a funeral home in our region, flowers can be switched on: the order goes to the funeral home, which calls the buyer to confirm it, arrange payment and delivery. The funeral home is responsible for the order.
Removing a page
The family can protect a page with a password, take it off search engines, or ask for it to be deleted. When a page is deleted, its photos and voice messages are deleted too.
Liability
We do our best for the site to work all the time and without errors, but we cannot promise that there will never be an interruption. The details of the funeral and the resting place are entered by the funeral home and the family, so they are responsible for their accuracy.
Changes
We may change these terms. A new version applies from the day it is published on this page.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We settle a dispute by agreement, and if that does not work, the competent court decides. As a consumer you keep the protection that the mandatory rules of the country where you live give you, including the right to start proceedings in the courts of the place where you live, where those rules allow it.
