Refunds and complaints
We want you to be happy with the page. If something is not right, let us know and we will sort it out together.
Refund within 14 days
If within 14 days of paying you decide that you do not need the page after all, we return the whole amount, without asking why. Just write to us at kontakt@voljeni.com or call us on +381 61 138 7218 and tell us who the page is for. After the refund we remove the page, together with its photos and messages, so save anything you want to keep first.
The same applies to the additions to a page, and after the refund we switch off only the addition. The exception is We do it for you: there you pay for our work, so the refund applies until the page is done. Once we have done it, there is no refund. The same goes for the book of memories as a PDF: the refund applies until you make the book, and once it is made, there is no refund.
How we return the money
We return the money without delay, at the latest within 14 days of the day you told us you are withdrawing.
- When you paid by card or PayPal, we return the money through PayPal, only to the same card or the same PayPal account, whatever the reason for the refund. When the money shows on your account depends on the bank that issued the card.
Complaints
If the page does not work as described, for example it does not open, the login does not work or a promised part is missing, tell us by email at kontakt@voljeni.com, by phone on +381 61 138 7218 or by post. Tell us which page the complaint is about and what is wrong.
We confirm that we received the complaint by email, with the number under which it is recorded. You get an answer within eight days at the latest, with a decision and a proposal for how we will resolve it, and we resolve the complaint within 15 days of the day you sent it.
If we do not agree
If you are not happy with our answer, you can open a dispute with PayPal, through its own dispute process, contact the consumer protection office of your state or country, or start proceedings in court. Let us know before that, because most things are solved with one conversation.
Withdrawal form
You do not need a special form to withdraw, a message is enough. If it is easier for you, send this text and fill it in:
