Delivery

A page on Voljeni is a digital service. Nothing is sent by post, so there are no delivery costs. The page works in any browser, on a phone and on a computer, without an app, and it opens anywhere there is internet, for family near and far. The book of memories is a PDF and the QR code for the headstone is a file, both ready to download.

When you get the page

Straight away, without waiting. The page is made right after the order and you are logged in, but only you can see it. When you pay by card or PayPal, everyone with the link can see it the moment the payment goes through.

How you get access

As soon as the page opens, we send to the email address you wrote in the order the link to the page, a link to come in without a password that is valid for 7 days, the phone number you log in with and the password. You log in at voljeni.com/en/prijava, with your phone number.

How long the page lasts

The page stays for good, with no subscription and no new payments. The family can protect it with a password, take it off Google search, or ask for it to be deleted.

If the email does not arrive
