How do I order a page?
Through the order form, in a minute, or give us a call. The page is made at once and for free, and the link and your login arrive by email. You pay when you want to send it to your family.
Do I have to pay right away?
No. You make and edit the page for free and see exactly how it looks. For now only you can see it. You pay once, when you want to send it to your family, and then the link opens for everyone. Nothing is deleted and there is no deadline.
How much does it cost?
A page costs $29. It is paid once, with no subscription, and everything is included.
How do I pay?
When you want to send the page to your family, you pay in your account, by card or PayPal, in US dollars. The page is public as soon as the payment goes through. You do not need a PayPal account, a card is enough. It is all in the terms of purchase.
What if we change our minds?
Within 14 days of paying we return the whole amount, without asking why. Just write to us or give us a call. There is more on the page Refunds and complaints.
Who can see the page?
Anyone who has the link or scans the QR code. The family can protect it with a password and keep it off Google search.
What if someone adds something we do not want?
The family removes it with one tap. Usually everything others send shows at once, and if you prefer, you switch on approval, so nothing shows until the family has looked at it.
Do we need to install an app?
No. The page opens on a phone or a computer, like any website.
What if nobody in the family is good with technology?
We fill in the basic details. Anyone in the family can add the rest, and we help by phone whenever you get stuck.
How long does the page last?
Forever. The page is paid once and it stays, for the anniversaries and for the grandchildren who one day will want to know more.
